Basic Function
Cigarette lighter heating: heated by the built-in electric heating wire, pop up and light the cigarette.
Power extension: the interface can be connected to a car inverter (convert 12V/24V DC to 220V AC) to power cell phones, car recorders and other devices.

As a branch of the automobile wiring harness, it connects the dashboard electrical system (such as air conditioner, radio) to ensure the stability of signal and power transmission.
III.Working Principle
Heating process
Vehicle battery electrical energy → power cord → circuit board → heating wire → hot wire heating → eject cigarette lighter.
Heating is triggered by control wire (some models) or button, and automatic power-off protection when overheating.
Power supply extension
Use the adapter to connect the USB charger or inverter to convert the cigarette lighter interface into a multifunctional power supply interface.
Common Problems and Solutions
No power failure
Blown fuse: Frequent plugging and unplugging of high power devices (such as car refrigerator) will easily lead to short circuit, and the fuse needs to be replaced.
Loose spring: long-term plugging and unplugging makes the contact point slack, check and strengthen the connection.
Wiring aging: Humid environment accelerates the aging of wiring, need to replace the damaged part.
Poor contact
Dusty interface: Clean the cigarette lighter socket regularly to avoid blockage by foreign matter.
Power overload: Avoid using multiple energy-consuming devices at the same time to prevent the circuit protection mechanism from activating.
V. Suggestions for use
Regular inspection: Clean the interface and check the wear and tear of the wiring.
Standardized use: Avoid inserting non-adapted equipment to prevent fuse blowing.
Moisture and dust prevention: Cover the cigarette lighter connector when parked for a long time to prolong the service life.
