Wiring harness structure and function：
Power transmission wiring harness
Responsible for the connection between the battery and the motor, as well as the drive module, it needs to withstand high currents (such as 24V DC motor drive), and the wire material should have low resistance and high-temperature resistance (usually above 80℃) characteristics. Some high-end models adopt copper-silver-plated wire cores to reduce energy consumption.
Signal control wiring harness
When connecting the main control board to sensors (such as lidar and collision sensors), external electromagnetic interference (EMI) needs to be shielded. For instance, twisted-pair cable structures or aluminum foil wrapping are adopted to ensure the stability of signals such as gyroscopes and cliff sensors.
Sensor connection wiring harness
For precision components such as infrared sensors and cameras, the wiring harnesses need to have high flexibility (bending radius ≤5 times the wire diameter) and wear resistance (tensile strength ≥50N) to meet the frequent turning requirements of robots
