Environmental adaptability: Capable of handling complex working conditions
Heat resistance and corrosion resistance
The wire harness material needs to be adaptable to extreme temperatures (such as -40℃ to 125℃) and chemical corrosion (such as salt spray and oil stains).
Solution: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation layer is adopted, with a temperature resistance grade of up to 150℃, and the service life is 5 to 10 years longer than that of PVC.
Waterproof and dustproof
The connector adopts an IP67 or higher protection grade and prevents moisture from entering through sealing rings or potting compound.
Case: The wiring harness of outdoor photovoltaic inverters needs to pass the salt spray test (96 hours without corrosion) to ensure long-term use in coastal areas.
Anti-vibration and wear-resistant
The spacing of the wire harness fixing points should be no more than 300mm. They should be protected by corrugated tubes or fabric sleeves to prevent loosening of the connection due to vibration.
Test standard: Automotive wiring harnesses must pass the vibration table test (frequency 10-500Hz, acceleration 5g, lasting for 10 hours).
